Blame
Ponderings on the subject of self-blame.
There comes a time to stop blaming yourself. Not all life challenges are your “fault”. As Dr Ramani says, it is like saying that “maybe you shouldn’t put your face in others’ way if you don’t want to be punched”. Because others, too, are culpable – for not taking responsibility, for not being as accountable as you already are. Reward yourself.
